The next time you are unsure about a situation, try to feel the outcome, don’t think about it.
If you are faced with a decision to make… let’s say to go out with your friends or to stay home, instead of thinking about it from all angles, try feeling what it would be like to go out with your friends.
Then feel what it would be like to stay home. Which one feels better? Which feels more right?
Do that which feels better. You don’t need to think about it any further.
It might be a uncomfortable to tell your friends the truth, but you will grow.
Stand up for what you believe, take action, and move forward in your life.
